I've got something small and spikey stuck verrtically in my foot [as shown]. I don't know how to get it out. |

is it a splinter? a pair of tweezers might do the trick. if it's lodged in pretty good, you might need to use a needle to "open" up the skin, to get to it. shouldn't be too traumatic |

get a sowing needle, burn it in a flame (or disinfect in some other way) and poke it out. it may hurt a bit, but that's something you'll have to deal with... also remember that the needle should cool down a bit before you start using it. |
