is it a splinter? a pair of tweezers might do the trick. if it's lodged in pretty good, you might need to use a needle to "open" up the skin, to get to it. shouldn't be too traumatic |

get a sowing needle, burn it in a flame (or disinfect in some other way) and poke it out. it may hurt a bit, but that's something you'll have to deal with... also remember that the needle should cool down a bit before you start using it. |

try tweezers if you can see part of it. you may need a needle also. make sure you also have peroxide and a bandage, maybe a bowl of warm water to put it in also. |
