When do the firrst symptoms of HIV show? A week, 2 weeks
orr months afterr you have been infected? Sorrrry to ask

via google.

"Once a person's blood lacks the number of CD4 cells
required to fight infections, or the person has signs of
specific illnesses or diseases that occur in people with HIV
infection, doctors make a diagnosis of AIDS.

Severe symptoms of HIV infection and AIDS may not appear for
10 years. And for years leading up to that, a person may not
have symptoms of AIDS. The amount of time it takes for
symptoms of AIDS to appear varies from person to
person."

The development of antibodies to HIV usually takes place
between 6 weeks and 3 months after an infection has
occurred. Most people infected with HIV do not know that
they have become infected, because no symptoms develop
immediately after the initial infection. However, within the
first weeks after infection most patients will develop a
syndrome known as "acute HIV syndrome". The symptoms (fever,
rash, joint pains and enlarged lymph nodes) are similar to
those of influenza, infectious mononucleosis and a number of
other infectious diseases (Kahn & Walker 1998). Some people
develop no symptoms at all. The symptoms are usually
transient and disappear after one or two weeks.

I had a really scary time with that. I got mono last year,
and every single symptom of mono is the exact same onset
symptom of HIV. I was in such a constant state of fear and
anxiety that I lost allot of hair. I was too afraid to get
my blood tested, eventually I did and had the biggest sigh
of relief ever.

I read a conspiracy on HIV/AIDS, its almost proven but still
only a speculation. hiv/aids is not a sexualy transmitted
disease, its a disease of malnutrition, thats why so many
africans die from it. Once you have an std which isnt
deadly, its considered hiv/aids and the medication they give
you is actually what triggers the malnutrition and thats
what kills you.

if you're paranoid about the government and their ways to
beat that victorianesque sex is wrong attitude, it makes
allot of sense.

I don't really understand what you mean with "in theory",
though.

I think that most people simply don't have a lot of
different sexual partners, which severly reduces your
chances. and that some people are more careful and use
condoms (although that's on the decrease).

Well i personally know one guy who topped his 50 mark at the
beginning of this year (?earlier?) and then lost count and
had to start over again.

Its not uncommon to hear about people with a large number of
partners here.

Well I just think with the sheerr amount of unprrotected sex
that goes on in the worrld/ countrry, it's shocking morre
people don't have it.

In the time it takes to know you have it afterr having
unprrotected sex you could have settled down and got a woman
prregnant. That leaves 2 morre people beside yourrself who
could now have it.

And yes, we may be carreful... but lots arren't.

One guy that i know on a personal basis that fucks a lot of
girls. I know alot of people that fuck alot. This includes
threesomes, orgies and such. Shit i've fucked a girl that at
least 4 or 5 people i know have fucked. After that i just
got a vibe and decided to chill out.

I think this situation is a bit more serious than you are
making it out to be. Seriously. People here get drunk at
bars and go home and fuck randoms.

Half the stories i hear go "yeah dude i dont even remember
her name lol"

Its like a fucking epidemic here. i kid you not. Our whole
society is based on it.

My cousin is HIV+ he had it for about twelve years and the
drugs he is on seem to be slowing the onset of AIDS. It is a
scary desease and from what I know the end comes really fast
with little or no warning.

Gwely that theory is rubbish it is a blood borne virus which
can only be passed via fluids.

No pete that was mickey.

I live in milwaukee. Its all people seem to care about
anymore aside from money. 16 and up. People get dressed up,
get drunk and have sex. Thats about all that really seems to
happen (majority of the time)

People go out looking for the opposite sex. Because thats
what they want. People rarely get involved in relationships
anymore because they can save the hassle and "drama" by just
having one night stands. save time and save money. Its not
all of the population here but i'd say around 80%+

Its kind of disheartening.

like rubbers. Religion makes it hard to discuss sex and
distrus of what the white man tells them.

They can be bigger but not by much. The thing is is that
white guys on average tend to have average size penises.
Regardless of what anyone says there are surveys that show
the white male average being 5.5 inches erect.

Think about that. Thats smaller than what was deemed average
years ago for the white man. Therefore if a average black
man towered in at 7.5 inches erect there would be a
noticeable and stifling difference of two inches.

Then again what is a survey anyways.
