 | Even if I did and someone was able to use the information to buy something without my permission, I could presumably just
do a credit card charge back.

I wonder about the money system in general... like how
secure it is. Like checks for example are just pieces of
paper. How hard is it to give myself a fake name then con
people on the internet without getting caught? Are there
really that many checks and balances ingrained? It would be
fun to experiment to see what one can get away with but
unfortunately it is too legally risky. It seems like there
might be a huge loophole somewhere where one could make a
ton of money fraudulently without anyone finding out or
 being able to stop you.

What I would like to see actually... is aliens' versions of
aliens (in their art etc.) For example, humanity created jar
jar binks and ewoks. What do their fictional aliens look
 like?

 | That reminds me of when fred savage stared in a saturday night live skit where there was some sort of competition to
come up with the best imaginary friend and give a
presentation about it. His character had a terrible
imagination so while standing at the mike at the podium, he
came up with the name "Mike Podium" for his imaginary friend
etc. Similarly you saw Delerious Weasel's avatar and
subconsciously thought of banana... didn't you... didn't
you! I have no further questions.

 | In canada, you can buy large sections of land for a dollar, given that the only wood you use to build your house on it
is taken from trees that are on the land that you buy, and
more than 50% of that house is built from wood. You also
 have to power it yourself.

 | you can generate electricity from having a wind turbine within a radius of your house, of course this would cost you
money but I'm sure you have enough in your bank considering
it's a one time payment for as much electricity free that
you can get from it. You'd also need some sort of equipment
for catching animals and cooking but apart from that it's
 relatively cheap :)

 | Ecclesiastes 5:10 Whoever loves money never has money enough; whoever loves
wealth is never satisfied with his income. This too is
 meaningless.

 Proverbs 17:16
Of what use is money in the hand of a fool, since he has no
 desire to get wisdom?

 Ecclesiastes 7:12
Wisdom is a shelter as money is a shelter, but the advantage
of knowledge is this: that wisdom preserves the life of its
 possessor.

 | Isaiah 55:2 Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labor on what
does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is
good, and your soul will delight in the richest of fare.

 | J D Salinger: "In 2000, his daughter, Margaret Salinger, by his second wife Claire Douglas, published Dream Catcher: A
Memoir. In her "tell-all" book, Ms. Salinger stated that her
father drank his own urine, spoke in tongues, rarely had sex
with her mother, kept her "a virtual prisoner" and refused
to allow her to see friends or relatives."

 That guy's my hero.

13Now listen, you who say, "Today or tomorrow we will go to
this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and
make money." 14Why, you do not even know what will happen
tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for
a little while and then vanishes.

 | From the Noble Koran, on money:
 Yusuf
[12.62] And he said to his servants: Put their money into
their bags that they may recognize it when they go back to
their family, so that they may come back.
[12.65] And when they opened their goods, they found their
money returned to them. They said: O our father! what (more)
can we desire? This is our property returned to us, and we
will bring corn for our family and guard our brother, and
will have in addition the measure of a camel (load); this is
 an easy measure.
[12.88] So when they came in to him, they said: O chief!
distress has afflicted us and our family and we have brought
scanty money, so give us full measure and be charitable to
us; surely Allah rewards the charitable.
