i just found this site and think its awesome! its like, a
record label or something where people make 8bit music (and
pics). u can download heaps of mp3s : ) but my favourite
part so far is the pics from the live shows

Forgot to mention the true master of 8bit is Rob Hubbard. He
did all the classic Commodore 64 game music.
Rob Hubbard.

You will need the SID player to play this stuff.

yeah I've been listening to their stuff off and on for a
couple years now, it's pretty hit or miss. They just
released an incredible new 3 song EP by The Depreciation
Guild called Nautilus though.. I can't stop listening to
it.

Amor Antiquita is really good, too.

It seems that Binärpilot put out a new release on
Candy Mind (which is a good label that sounds sort of
8-bit and hasn't yet been mentioned in this thread) today.
Also "What's Inside the Magic Bag" by Dorothy's Magic Bag is
