i remember my first time trying salvia. i purchased the Starter Package because it included both salvia leaves and extract. i found the package easy to buy and chose it because it had different potencies for me to experiment with. here in vegas there are smokeshops on every corner (not even exagerating either) i found a new one and checked it out just the other day. it was by far one of the nicest cleanest biggest best shops i've ever been in. i wanted to check and see if they had any salvia but i didn't try too hard. that stuff is ok. i describe it like better than the best chronic ever but that the intial high lasts only about 5 minutes then drops down a level every 5 minutes after that untill like a half hour later you're completely sober again. |

the side effects are that you will notice an intense burning sensation in your bones. i've never tried acid but my friends tell me it's a very similar feeling when i described it to them. it doesn't hurt so to speak as much as you just feel particularly hot. and the reason i say in your bones is that it like runs up and down your shins and your forearms ya know the ones right against your skin. it's wierd. maybe it was just me. |

it's all hype. oh you need a babysitter and oh you should do it in a dark quiet place and gay gay gay. i smoked it just like a i would a normal bowl of chronic tripped out for my five minutes then went along about my buisness. i suggest you put on one of your favorite mixes or song for that matter to enhance the level of your trip. be it some chill spaced out ambient trance dub or some blazing crazy bangin hardcore dark style dnb. i remember looking at the pattern on the tiles in the entrance of my doorway and knowing the whole time that they were only just that but seeing them morph into dolphins playing in the ocean that was cool. and then another time i remember i was hanging out with britany spears in one of the penthouse suites at the top of mandalay bay that was cool too. it'd only be worth it to me now if it was the 20x extract. kinda gets boring real quick. |

It really is exactly like getting your mind torn apart. I tried it one time. After taking one huge bong hit, everything in my field of vision turned into a giant puzzle as a painting. The lower half of my body turned into the bottom portion of a tank and I "rolled" into the bathroom, knocked tons of things over and then snapped out of it. The total effects of it, in reality, was five minutes at most. It felt like 1000 years. |

what i hated of salvya was that i couldnt talk properly, just laugh and laugh with that strange feeling, without controlling my thoughts and with the strange visions... mushrooms are a lot better, imo. kinda similar effect but longer and more controllable... at least the ones i tasted. once, a friend of mine record himself while on shrooms and later he won a price on a shortfilm festival the recording. |

there actually is video of me on my first [and only] salvia trip. after i came back into reality, i was still really fucked up and didnt like the though of being videoed at all. i started really pissed off and smaking my friends camera around, which was in her hand. one of the most sickening feelings ive had in my life, i really thought i had fucked up my brain forever. |
