A little ditty i wrote yesterday. |

when it started i didn't think i was going to like it, but when that bass+snare kicked in, the snare particularly, things started looking up :) |

i like it, but after it goes mellow.. perhaps pick it up, make the beats much faster, some effects.. then break in with another melody along side it whilst the beats are going? |

MLS: well the beginning is due to the fact thaty i was going to write some horriblely generic trance just to see how easy it is, i then started coming up with varitions. It was at that point that i decided that the synth work was too nice to place that horrible fate upon it. I then got a little emo, recovered then did the rest! : ) exsub: I might get around to doing that. I am not to fussed though as i kind of got it out of my system and it was fun, just playing around for no particular purpose. Thanks for the listens!!! |

for some reason, if I wanted to "read something into" this and relate it to the title, I'd say that the first part is the "growing up with idiots" part while the part that starts at 1:00 is the revelation where you realise where the idiots went wrong. if I don't want to read anything into it, I like that part that starts at 1:00. |

the first half was really good, I really liked the sort of snake charmer trance melody. the second part was just normal and bland. Luckily the first half lasted longer than the second but still don't lengthen a track thinking because it's longer it's immediately better, you should have kept it short but very very very sweet. I still like it and i'm keeping it :) |
