Anybody else got this little machine? What do you think of
it?

It has a great design, the name of it is a bit lame though.

I can't tell you anything about the performance.

i have the H120, love it to death! although i wish it had
playlist-on-the-go capability and better gap removal, etc.
the H300 are supposed to be better...

This is my Mp3 player. Nothing special but it is very
useful.

I really like using it. At first I thought it was a bit of a
'honeymoon' phase - my first portable MP3 player & all
that... but it's really standing up well to the passage of
time since I bought it.

I'd agree with you about playlist-on-the-go capabilities
Chambre Noire - but with a little foresight it's hardly a
major drawback.

I have the H340.

It's good. I don't use it enough to justify owning it, but
that's just me. I shouldn't have bought a HD MP3 player.

What's fantastic is that you just plug it in and drag files
onto it. No fannying around with iTunes. It makes a massive
difference when you're transfering gigabytes of music.

It can also be firmware-updated to play video.

i'd love to have a H340.
20GB is just NOT enough!

That's what I thought - but to be honest I'm glad I didn't
get the 40gig edition. If I tried to put everything I owned
on there I'd feel a bit overwhelmed by it all I reckon.
There would be loads of stuff I never even got round to
listening to.
With the 20gig model there seems to be a core of stuff I
keep on there that I listen to regularly. The drag&drop
interface makes it so easy to whisk stuff on and off there
when you fancy listening to it, it's hardly a chore. Keeps
me on my toes aswell. Makes me think about all the great
music I own and when I want to listen to it.

Taff - it was a bit over £200 when I bought it - which was
a good deal at the time. But it's come down even more now.

I've got the H340........... I don't find it particularly
user friendly, especially when trying to load pics onto it
from my digicam (one of the main reasons I bought an iriver)
or recording sound. I use it more as a poratble HD than an
mp3 player........ and I have the firmware update that
allows you to watch video's, but there is a fair amount of
fucking around required to converts the .avi's into the
correct format for the iriver. But when converted, the
files play perfectly...........

Who gives a fuck. All your posts are so self serving. Put
something into your ass.

what does self serving mean? Why are you so bitter and
twisted, have you had a bad upbringing or something?
