ok ihave this avatar that will make people shit their pants
but its 100 kb. a 29 frame animated gif. is there any way i
can reduce this to 12kb? i already went through hell to
resize it... or shit i dont know this just sucks.

Reducing the colours / colors palette sometimes works. And
reduce the framerate.
