Tim Exile is one of my favourite artists at the moment. Anyone else digging him? And more importantly, has anyone ever witnessed one of his live shows? The man's an electronic music pioneer. Blows about 99% of all other live artists out the water. |

I wouldn't call him a pioneer but he makes pretty cool "experimental" drum and bass kind of stuff. His latest on Mu is decent and should be checked out. |

You're right in that his album (although excellent) isn't groundbreaking, but his live shows man . . . fuck, he'll make an entire track out of a couple of drum samples and him chatting shit through a mic and it's better than half the d'n'b, gabber or breakcore shit you hear by artists that spend hours on it.
