i've tried sleeping, but i've got this god-awful pain in my lower gut which won't go away.... so i'm feeling sleepless thing. i don't normally get to sleep till about 3/4 anyway, but tonight sucks. |

Taff monster, i know what you mean. Beware of using the computer then attempting sleep. The computer is very stimulating both in terms of mental activity as well as being a light omitting device which we stare at. It plugs us full of positive ions. You need to get a balance in your life of mental/physical activies. If you have access to a body of water ie lake or even better ocean, then go running around near it or even swimming if the conditions permit. These activities will charge you will negative ions and you will feel refreshed and in a more suitable condition for sleep. |

im the opposite of insomnia..i could sleep all day i think. but since i work in the morning i rarely get more that 6 hrs of sleep..often only like 3 hrs.. |

i took some crazy pills and got insomnia for a night. it was like i was awake but dreaming. the weirdest night of my life. the next day i was soooo tired. |

In my life this term doesn't exists, i'm exactly like Goran. In these days i'm waking up myself at 10.30 or more late. I'm already thinking at september, i must wake up myself at 6.30. damn. :( |

now it's not a problem for me, but I remember like 3 years ago I had a tough time, once I went to bed about 23.00 and fall asleep at 5 am. fuckin record. I still don't know what was the cause for this. lack of sleep destroys the cells in your brain or somethin', plus you feel like shit in the morning: tired and pissed off. |
