I used to be a big fan of Tori's but lost interest after
Boys for Pele. I much prefer her voice live, it is very
breathy and they tend to get rid of it on her studio stuff.

The video for Past the Mission is increadable...

i went to a show of hers a few years ago... and she sang it
live... sounded really pretty... i didn't really try to look
for it since then... but now i will. but maybe it was just
something she did live... i don't know.

She plays the crowd well but the recorded music is average
at best.

I once saw an interview with her in which she said she saw
what she does on stage as a real kind of magic.

I didn't like her music very much then, but that completely
turned me off her.

Tori seems to revel less in gloominess, and is a bit less
melodramatic in her music. It'd be interesting to see them
collaborate, especially if she helped trent find something
worth being pissed off about. I think it can be good when
music harnesses anger for some type of purpose. But even
then, most people will probably buy the music for the
angriness, and rarely for the message. I give up.

this reznor thing really bothers me..i honestly can't see
why some of you people (i have a lot of respect for) like
his stuff..personally i find it pretty much the same as
robbie williams, enrique iglesias or some of those cheesy
pop bands..just plain silly.

that's funny, because you love the last NIN album which is
quite obviously not nearly as good as anything he has done
before.
