I think these albums are the best BOC work... what about you?
If you should choose one of them, which would be the better and why?
I choose Music Has The Right To Children because honestly there are more good tracks than Geogaddi in my opinion.
I like Geogaddi, in particular "music is math"; "1969"; "julie and candy"
but i prefer MHTRTC because i enjoy them very much:
"an eagle in your mind"; "telephasic workshop" roygbiv "; "rue the whirl" ; "aquarius" ; "happy cycling"; and "pete standing alone"

i think that one of those two albums probably has qualities that the other may or may not have, yet they're both made by the same artist. or so i've heard.

mhtr2c is a great album, but it is just an album. geogaddi is an experience. it is a huge amazing ejaculation of music. its alive. no other album ive ever heard makes me feel that way.

geogaddi is the sequel to MHTRTC and is like all sequels - a poor copy, trying to rehash the same ideas as if they're new.

I don't think those albums are very similar, really. Anyway, I like them both a lot. Geogaddi is far more suitable for listening as a whole, whilst MHTRTC's tracks can be enjoyed more out of context.

mhtrtc doesnt flow as well.

i think J198 and staz are totally right, but I also think the overall quality of the albums is totally unbalanced - MHTRTC blows geogaddi out of the water. It might not flow as well, but there's only 2 tracks on there I don't like, many that i find absolutely stunning... and anyhow, I usually don't like to dwell on the same genre, so I don't often listen to albums all the way through.
