one of the interesting posts on there for me is about the
documentary secret life of plants, I've heard the soundtrack
to that. This lead me to the Wikipedia article on plant
sentience (as you do) and saw this classic quote

"One visitor to his laboratory, the vegetarian playwright
George Bernard Shaw, was intensely disturbed upon witnessing
a demonstration in which a cabbage had "convulsions" as it
boiled to death"

I did read them all myself a few times lol. It's not that
interesting unless you have a gx1 or are massively into
synths. There was a post on the planet mu forums by him
which was interesting, he talked philosophically about
analogue Vs vst.

It doest matter what he uses, he's so full of passion,
creativity whatever he turns his hand to musically is gold

yeah 95% of it goes over my head, but 100% agree with what
you said could probably make a stylophone sound good

i think they did it on mythbusters but i can't remember
whether it worked or not
i would like to see how the different genres of music are
typically EQd

ah fuck you weren't talking about that?
plants seem to dislike some 'genres' of music (kills them)
and like others (grow towards the speakers and even around
them)

i figure there's probably enough hastily smashed afx replies
between AH, his forum accounts, interviews, etc. to craft a
respectably immature GPT-2 clone. then all i'd need is for
someone to GPT-2 squarepusher and we can have them fight on
twitter like pokemon
