Whoever it is they're playing some corking stuff I must have
but don't. Shame I only tuned it at the beck/boc remix.
Should have skipped the CSI after all. Was a bloody repeat
anyway.

Wild Planet. I have Blueprint and it's great, it's got two
ALL TIME FAVEs on it. But I haven't got anything else.
What's the story, who are these guys?

Its appearantly only one named Simon J. Hartley. Early warp
i guess.

"Simon Hartley is a seriously underestimated producer of
some of the best Detroit-techno ever made. Had the pleasure
of experiencing him live here in Oslo some weeks back, and
it was simply magic! People went absolutely bonkers, and
curiosly, he seemed a bit perplexed by all the positive
reactions he received afterwards.

His set consisted of some remixes of classic tracks from the
essential "Transmitter", but apart from that it seemed to be
all new material, which really got the crowd going. Superb
tracks that is scheduled for release on his very own new
label, Wild Planet Records, sometime next year. So hopefully
the long wait will finally come to an end.... "

To the best of my knowledge Warp only had two Wildplanet
releases. The album Blueprint and an EP from it (Electron)
which just had remixes of Electron on it.

That Wild Planet track may have been the greatest thing I
ever heard, but the goddman gypsy dildo "radio" kept
buffering to fuck so it was like eating a really nice curry
that you love whilst an errant child jabs cocktail sticks in
your jap's eye... another one to seek out.

OOhhh, 'premecy, I was playing this earlier. I think elephoh
should do a full on ambient album, under another name if
needs be, I like the mix between the thuggish house and the
laid back vibe, but a full on AMBIESPHRE would be good.

the artist is well established - if you look at the
tracklist of stuff they played you can sort of deduct enough
info and decide who it ISN'T, even more so if you assume
that the artist would not have played one of their own
tracks.

I have a Porcupine Tree T-shirt on. You can make fun of that
if you want. It's of Voyage 34 if you need specifics.
