Yes, after intense negotiations, legal action on both sides, eventually an out of court settlement was agreed, money changed hand, plus the handing over of the names and addresses of several high-profile dupe accounts have led to me, XLT's 3rd placed runner up in the Most popular poster poll (2004) returning at this moment of XLT TRIUMPH.
