hmm. i've been trying to update my photo, at well under 100 kb, and it is a JPG. has anyone experienced the same problem? perhaps you might have some advice, Phobia? cheers.

were you copying it from another website? ...copy the photo into your computer, then use the "browse" to find it on your hard drive...

try changing the extension from .jpg to .jpeg or vice versa...Tunemx might not have coded for that difference.

it might be CMYK instead of RGB
