drukqs cd 1 n 2 played together

this is a theory that a friend of mine (dagger on soulseek)
came up with (unless its been discussed and done before),
except, we cant test it out properly YET (we're onto it dont
worry). his theory, btw, is that parts of drukqs, probaly
the electronic tracks only, work together.
however, he Has put together this mp3, which cuts into 54
cymrv beats just before vordhosbn starts, and then the rest
of the mp3 is the both 2 tracks playing together. tell us
what you think? its pretty convincing how its in time, and
how the melodies and different parts of the song weave in
and out of each other :)
ive only uploaded it on yousendit, so if someone could
download it and host it somewhere thatd be cool

has this been discussed before?
cos the chances of richard making 2 tracks, putting em on
one album, putting em on 2 cds, which if you play at the
same time, the tracks are in time, the changes of that
being coincidental are pretty small. ey?

Some parts fit really well together, but some parts are a
bit mismatched.

Still very cool though.

well i downloaded the mix. and even though its a fine drukqs
mix... HE CHEATED by changing speeds of songs.. and by not
playing both cds at same time : P

it was discussed before.

the total lengh of the two cds is similar, so sometimes i
play the whole album togheter using two record players.
the tracks on each cd dont start at the same time, so the
tracks are mixed with the ending of one track and the
begginig of the next.

most parts dont sound realy good, but there are some high
points:

jynweythek/vord hosbn + 54 cymru beats
vord hosbn + btoum roumada
OMG switch 7 + penty harmonium
mt. saint michel + afx 237 / ziggomatic 17

i am sooooo glad i checked the board in time to catch this
thread...

i had an inkling that the all the filler tracks on drukqs
weren't just mindless fodder thrown in just to take up space
and make a 2 disc set but i never thought about that deep.
i just made a mix of all the hard shit by playing off the
track numbers because your right it does bounce back and
forth between discs, duh me.

at some points it sounds pretty cool... but other times it
sounds a little messy...

you wanna hear something trippy...

listen to gwarek2... and right after the rat type sounds...
cue in "my fucking sound" by squarepusher... and let them
both go... that's some scare stuff!

if you're reffering to the vord/54 mp3, theres no speeding
or slowing down. if not, um, GET AN AVATOR you're confusing
us all!

Thats fricking mental. Any chance anyone wants to do the
whole albums together. If this works so convincingly, the
rest must, yes? If this was a secret gem of Richard's, I
must say this is the most brilliant album ever.

wow

Shit man, that would be like the long lost 3rd disc of
Drukqs. If he didnt intend to do this, he should for his
next album.

BTW has anybody tried this theory with different sides of
the vinyl version? For example, instead of Vordhosbn + 54
Cymru Beats, try
Vordhosbn + Cock, ver 10
Vordhosbn + Mt. Saint Michel
Vordhosbn + Meltphace
Vordhosbn + AFX237
