I don't know about you, but i lined up all my Aphex Twin,
Polygon Window, AFX, Autechre, Squarepusher, PLAID (and so
on) albums and e.p.'s and made an approximate calculation of
what all this music must have cost me...

I got so shocked i had to change my underpants! SHIT! I
could have owned a car for that money! A NEW ONE!

buses...

i don't do drugs, so that's no big deal...

My addiction to music is my problem... my mom has had a few
fits, over me composing music to loud, playing music to
loud, and buying to much shit...

But she gave up the battle two years ago... secretly signed
my up for rehab though...

I've spent a SHITLOAD on CDs, mostly rock CDs... but since
getting into electronic music, I've barely spent anything...
I discovered MP3s around the time I discovered Aphex, so I
just burn everything.

Looking at my pretty huge CD collection, I kind of have to
groan at all that money... a lot of my CDs are just useless
to me now, like Green Day and all that stuff I used to like,
but I also have lot's of good stuff, lots of great classic
rock and stuff like Radiohead, so it's not THAT bad.

the trick to life and owning things to remember that some
day you will die, you can't take you stuff with you.

that's really deep man, but i will still try to take it all
with me

i'm a very selfish person

For me it is very similiar, Ophecks, with most of my
purchased cd's being stuff I bought before mp3, mostly rock
and rap.
But, now, I find that when I find an artist that who's music
I really enjoy, like aphex, I want to bye the releases which
I like the most, even though I have all the tracks on mp3.

I just databased all my cds, and I have 133... so say around
20 bucks a cd (probably more then that, cause I have a load
of double albums, and a couple boxed sets) and it equals
2660...

I have to take the bus because we have two cars, and one has
no transmission right now. :-( But it'll get fixed, and I'll
have some wheels. I hate the bus!

Actually, I don't mind it sometimes... unless it's full and
I have to sit beside either a crazy person or a really hot
girl that makes me nervous. And there seems to be lots of
crazies and cuties on my bus.

I have 2 cars but I still ride the train to school. It took
a little gettin' used to but now I don't mind it at all.
I'll prabably still cruise up in my car once in a while on
nice summerdays though.
