Suspended Animation was a boring letdown. Awesome live, though! QOTSA released a great album this year, and so did Jamie Lidell. And let's not forget about the Analord series (although it's not an album). Then there's the new BOC. I think we shouldn't be so concerned about which album is on top this year, because we're getting so much terrific music anyway! |

i can't really describe it..it's just how it affects my brain or something. the only problem is i find a lot of other music to be incredibly boring now..man i heavily changed my taste in music in the last month..i like heavy, mental stuff now..cheesy, happy stuff just ain't my thing anymore. |

definately not SOAD, their new album was shocking. I haven't heard untilted but for me so far it's George Is On by Deep Dish though that's really only because I'm a closet house music fan. the Boc album in the fall sounds interesting and I'm eagerly awaiting anything in the ambient genre by Robert Rich, Michael Stearns or Steve Roach in the near future. |

Untilted is like a Redeath*ShittyLoops*AcidPrick bad shit. At first listen I thought it was interesting, but now after almost 30 listenings, I find it boring as my mum playing piano from shitty school scores. She only plays songs I hate, and that sounds like communist music. Okay Untilted isn't communist music, it's better of course, but it's bad compared to previous albums. |

My vote is for Monolake- Polygon Cities or Qntal IV Ozymandias. Untilted is really good though. What about Mount Eerie- No Flashlight? Anyone hear that yet (The Microphones/Phil Elvrum?) I've got it on my computer but I haven't listened yet and I'm excited. I'm making myself wait for no good reason. |

Coil's final studio album Ape of Naples isn't out yet, but when it does come out, it will be the best thing they've ever done, hence it will be the album of the year. |

untilted is the best idm album i've heard this year so, unless pommepusher's suddenly going to release a full one, or when boc's new one will be actually released this year *crosses fingers*, untilted will be the idm-album of 2005, yes a more consistent mr76ix, or a more upbeat quinoline yellow would have pwned untilted btw |

i have downloaded it Again and i am going to give it some trys.the first time i downloded it and listen to it i had no patience for it.i thought it sounded unstructured and repetive and boring.now when i have listened to some Draft 7.30 tracks i understand that you most have some patience for this kind of music.and i think Draft 7.30 have helped me to find untitled easier to listen to.for exe i played Ipacial Section today and i dident thought it sounded that unstructured and could understand the song better |
