some mixes for you

giginger is very kindly hosting a couple of my sets, both
were mixed live though i did have to remix some of the
tracks a little prior to playing to make them more dj
friendly.

the first one is an eclectic mix of all things electronica
the 2nd is a trip back to some classic I.D.M from the mid
90's, hope you like em

they were both done for new years eve parties ages ago so
the stuff on them isn't that new btw

morning,afternoon,evening,night

90's retro

track listings to follow

I still live very much in the 90s, I resent the term retro.
Notwithstanding, I am listening to the mix RIGHT NOW and so
far my ears like it a lot.

can check their other stuff.

I've listened through both now (although the 90s one seemed
to end abrubtly), and I enjoyed them both, but the first one
was best!

the nineties one is almost exactly an hour long so if it
ended before then then you might not have the whole file ,
the last track on it should have been Dubdope by Hardfloor.
sort of ends with a high piercing 303 sound in isolation, I
may have mistakenly chopped some of the last few (very
quite) delay echoesof it though when I edited it for cd.

track listing for M,A,E,N is

01.Arion by Blue States
02.Wiffle by Delrosa and Asora
03.Fobile Moaning by Tim Koch
04.Torsion by Fizzarum
05.Zorihon by Ambidextrous
06.Please Sing My Spring Reverb by Mum (ISAN mix)
07.Net Camoflage by Solar X
08.Treetment by Ovuka
09.2/3 Wood by Future 3
10.Noon Moon by HIA
11.Peg by Atom Heart
12.Cellular by Funckarma
13.Blumenwiese Neben Autobahn by Ulrich Schnauss
14.Assault on Precinct 0 by Plaid
15.Elastic NRG Diving by Num Num (Gimmik mix)
16.Monitor by Gimmik
17.Viimo by Brothomstates
18.Hinken by Plod

the other one I'll post later I have the artistes which are

01.Photek
02.Andrea Parker
03.Andrea Parker
04.HIA
05.Plaid
06.Sven Vath (Alter Ego Mix)
07.RAC
08.Spacetime Continium
09.Jona Sharp/Namlook
10.Braincell
11.Bomb the Bass (Jedi Knights Mix)
12.Jedi Nights
13.Model 500 (Jedi Knights Mix)
14.Hardfloor

but I'll have to dig through my vinyl crates to get the
track names, these tunes are old and I can't remember a lot
of em, probably do that later in the week.

anyway I'm glad you seemed to like them :)

I could have sworn I heard some Richard H Kirk in that first
one. I guess not!

thought I'd bump this, should have the means to host my own
stuff soon hopefully, btw I've been told that my 90's mix is
incomplete so you might only get the 1st 20 mins which is a
shame cos that's just when it gets going, enjoy :)

I'll have a go at them. Shame about the 90s mix being cut
short. That one looked interesting.

Giginger might have fixed it, I'm not sure if he knows the
file is broken, that mix does kick ass though.

BTW I'm up for posting CDs out to people as well, I spend a
large chunk of my time putting these mixes together and only
about 20 people ever get to listen to them..

So if you like what you hear and fancy an MP3 cd chock full
of more then give us a nod and we'll sort something out :)
(until I get broadband that is and can actually host the
damn things myself)

that would be ace. if skipped through both your mixes and
the standard is very high. we could do a swap or something
if you'd like. I've got a few mixes lying around that I
could burn, or maybe do a custom one.

up for it?

my e-male's in my profile. there you'll also find a link to
my site where I have archived some previous mixes that I've
posted. if you won't d/l them, you can atleast have a peek
at the tracklistings :)

Vlari - yeah man I'll mail you at some point, it would be
cool to swap mixes, I haven't actually heard any of the XLT
crowd in the mix yet

Giginger - no worries, would be cool if you could re up load
that one though, it's probably one of me best :)

I will upload the file again soon mate. Including your other
mixes :)

We're having the entire house rewired so I don't know if
I'll be able to do it for a couple of days.

I should've done it when I wasn't having the electrics
done.

I'll e-mail you the links when it's done mate :)
