I haven't really made any threads in awhile and one of the last 50 posts I made today inspired the phenomenon of this thread: assume the following: 1) your 3 favorite songs and all memories of them are stolen from you, (but you still know how much you liked them) 2) The ONLY possible way to get the 3 songs back is to pay the person who stole them (can't download them etc). 3) What's the maximum you'd pay to get each back? (you have to wear a 100% accurate lie detector and every time you suggest a price for a song, he asks if you'd be willing to pay just a liiiiitle bit more and will only give it to you for your honest maximum desired ammount.) How much would you pay for which 3 songs? |

Now, sure that could be seen as a lame joke, but do you understand the absolute deepness behind it? I think allot and I think not! So allow me to explain. Mr. w M w has mentioned a lie detector, which would reveal your utmost final payment decision with a bunch of scribbles which, happen to look allot like a sound file in cool edit pro. Anyways, thinking surripere would make you think 7.30, thus corrupting the system of lie detectoridness and allowing you to pay only 7.30 instead of much much more! |
