CALM DOWN about the "classic boards of canada" thing.

of course a record company is going to call a new record by
one of their hottest groups "classic." they want all the
people who have bought their old records to be excited for
that "good ol boc sound" and go buy the new album. they
arent going to say "hey, its totally different, I mean, yeah
its boc, and so it sounds bocish, but theyve really changed
and..." etc people would be like... hmmm....

besides, they said its like the remixs, which, imo aren't
very "classic" boc.

its all yet to be seen really, but freaking out about a
press statement that is made to excite people is silly.

if it was any other band i'd belive that. but boc can only
do one thing so im sure warp wasn't deceiving us there.
