I'd say 97% reliable. And when they do get it wrong they'll always sort it out double-quick. And if you're nice about it, they may throw in some freebies for compensation. They may throw in some freebies even if there's no problems at all. |

if you send an email + a letter to complain about having received the wrong album, they'll send you the good one 3 times... |

Very reliable. I've used them 20-30 times and usually I get my package in 5-6 days (Norway). Once I got a wrong record, but when I e- mailed them, I got to keep the one I got, and they mailed me the right one. The Mart is great. |

I will admit that although i dont like some decisions they have made "signing" wise but i do applaud their overly excellent service that they provide to their customers. Never before have i heard of a label that really is consistant (for the most part) and even giving (ie. freebees). Bravo! |

that's true. Boomkat is more diverse but if I order from them it mostly takes 2 weeks to arrive, if not more. it's even worse when I order from play.com and playusa.com. if I order a dvd from each right after the other, I'll get the region 1 dvd within a few days and play.com will take about 10 to 14 days. |

Boomkat is reaaaally slow, this i can confirm. I've only ever ordered from warpmart once, but they included a jimmy edgar 12" with my purchase. I felt hurt and used. |

i've never had a bad experience with them, and occasional freebies are a bonus, but i have heard iffy stories about them, but i'm not the one to ask. if you are in the UK it wont be more than 3/4 days assuming its already in stock. |

I like Warpmart. Only had 1 problem and they fixed it. I do like Boomkat too. They're more likely to post early. I also use norman records a lot. They're a really nice bunch. |
