is it reliable? how long do you usually have to wait for
things to be sent?

depends on where you live

but its 100% reliable

I'd say 97% reliable. And when they do get it wrong they'll
always sort it out double-quick. And if you're nice about
it, they may throw in some freebies for compensation. They
may throw in some freebies even if there's no problems at
all.

if you send an email + a letter to complain about having
received the wrong album, they'll send you the good one 3
times...

Very reliable. I've used them 20-30 times and usually I get
my package in 5-6 days (Norway). Once I got a wrong record,
but when I e- mailed them, I got to keep the one I got, and
they mailed me the right one. The Mart is great.

I will admit that although i dont like some decisions they
have made "signing" wise but i do applaud their overly
excellent service that they provide to their customers.

Never before have i heard of a label that really is
consistant (for the most part) and even giving (ie.
freebees).

Bravo!

You should advise them as to how to improve that. You are a
man of knowedge

that's true. Boomkat is more diverse but if I order from
them it mostly takes 2 weeks to arrive, if not more.

it's even worse when I order from play.com and playusa.com.
if I order a dvd from each right after the other, I'll get
the region 1 dvd within a few days and play.com will take
about 10 to 14 days.

odd..i get stuff from boomkat in a week..warpmart does it in
3 or 4 days though.

Their prices are too high :((((
I think it's usually cheaper even for me to order from
Forced Exposure or something.

Boomkat is reaaaally slow, this i can confirm. I've only
ever ordered from warpmart once, but they included a jimmy
edgar 12" with my purchase. I felt hurt and used.

i've never had a bad experience with them, and occasional
freebies are a bonus, but i have heard iffy stories about
them, but i'm not the one to ask. if you are in the UK it
wont be more than 3/4 days assuming its already in stock.

I like Warpmart. Only had 1 problem and they fixed it. I do
like Boomkat too. They're more likely to post early. I also
use norman records a lot. They're a really nice bunch.
