The people that mindlessly stuff food in their mouths just because it tastes good, knowing that it will make them fat are the ones you wanted to direct this critique at, i suppose. Of course some people there have a point when they say sometimes it's out of their hands. However, they make it seem like the biggest percentage of fat people (sorry i mean obese) have a legitimate reason for it (mostly prescripted drugs in this case, or being crippled in an accident), and that doesn't seem quite right either. Maybe i shouldnt be talking at all. I don't know. I'm lucky to have fast metabolism or whatever so i can eat anything i want and not gain as much as a pound. But i'm still aware that eating enough vegetables and fruit can make a tremendous difference in living healthy (i don't do any sports either). |

I'd imagine that the obese-due-to-medication people are in the minority and the mcdonalds-lovin' americans in the majority.. although that's not quite fair, as the culture of obesity and "morbid-obesity" is spreading rapidly around the developing world.. Still, there sure are some fat motherfuckers in America. I mean, come on for fuck's sake. Show a little self-respect and restraint. Live 8 and all that. |

on a serious note though, your general attitude, unfounded nastiness, and excess synical sarcastic humour(?) has pretty well made any comments you make harmless, and completely irrelevant and not worth noticing (I'm just assuming this, there would probably be one or two people that still tkae you seriously) but also, I doubt that anything people say to YOU are serious comments either, they're usually (from what I've seen) just people having a joke at the expense of the "class clown" and I doubt you're dumb enough to take any of it seriously, you may be an angry cunt, but I don't take you for an idiot, (if you are being serious all the time, well then, that's kind of sad...) |

yeah.. I think people are just trying to stick up for the fat people.. it's not right picking on them, but someone's got to fucking tell them to stop eating! can't just stuff them inside this glass bubble where no-one can tell them they're fat, 'cause then they'll keep getting fatter and then they'll require medical help which (at least here in norway and I guess england too) costs money for everyone else (In america, the insurance companies pay, as far as I'm aware.. don't know how about other places, but the welfare state suffers because of people who "hurt themselves and no-one else" like fatties that won't try to do something, smokers, druggies and whatnot). |

I think most of it is habitual, their parents bring them up eating heaps of food and they keep doing it by habit, before long they don't feel full until they've had too much to eat, I was pretty big about two years ago, now I'm fine, and I can definitely tell you that it wasn't easy at all, every time I got hungry I'd be on my way to the fridge and I'd only notice half way there, the willpower it took was tremendous, but I can do anything I set my mind to, so I did it, and I feel a lot better physically and mentally because of it, these days I have to remind myself to eat or else I forget.. if they want to get people to loose weight they should let them know about the advantages of being healthy, not just the disadvantages of being fat |

yeah, the parents are the worst, but it's logical that they want to protect their kids and not make them feel bad... however, I think I agree with that there are some genetical things too.. I eat all the fucking time, and I've never been fat... |
