The only thing I dislike about Ninja Tune is their tendency to include "eccentric" samples from old instructional / educational records in every single recording.

haha...amon tobin is good at that.
i've been listening a lot to tobin's stuff lately and must say he is really good at sampling or sample usage.
Supermodified - 03 - Slowly = greatness.
the whole record is one of my alltime favs, not only a Ninja one.
i'm about to check Cujo, hopefully it's as good.

Off ninja tune, i only really know cinematic orchestra, amon tobin and mister scruff. All are fairly good.

mr scruff is one of the funniest projects i heard so far. "trouser jazz" is kind of boring at places, but still makes me smile. sense of humour in music is not something i meet too often, and it's precious.
