It's a damn good release. There's no trance on it; just
nice shiny electronica.

I'm not a fan of his other stuff, or that whole area of
music. But his first artist album is really good stuff.

I love this album , definitely sasha's best.
It may not be trance, but damn is it ever trancy!
Best synths ever in this release too imo, just give
'Mr. Tiddles' a listen.

Yeah, I love those glassy delayed weird synths on tracks
like Mr. Tiddles.

The ambient sections are great too.

Yes, it is a bit self indulgent, I'll give you that. But I'm
a big fan of bombastic albums by Vangelis and Jean Michel
Jarre, so it's pretty bearable for me. :-)

magnetic north and cloud cuckoo are my favorites too. In
fact, the whole movement of tracks 1-4 is perfect, with
track 4 being the ideal climax.

I'm not so fond of the breaks stuff, but it's not bad.

Fans of this album should check out Hybrid and BT, two other
very good artists who have worked with Sasha.

airdrawndagger was a guilty pleasure for about a week, it
gets tired very fast. it's pure fromage.

nice one, when cloud cuckoo kicks in its a delight.

do the tracks mix if you change the order or is it just my
bad memory?

also, you can get the .wav files for this online i think. my
mates got them and done a couple of nice mixes.

i think one track in the Xpander ep includes a sample of the
Chiastic Slide album, do you notice it too?

Great EP anyway.

I am glad you enjoyed it. I am still going to bang on about
Hybrid and BT, because they're so good. Have a listen to
them if you enjoyed Sasha!
