Not meeting THE girl, whom I know is out there. But it's
such a huge world, what are the odds? Low, plus I have no
luck.

also, i can't look in the mirror late late at night 'cause
i'm always afraid that the devil or something will be
looking back at me.

i'm so fucking wuss :P
i watch too many of thoes ghost shows on the learning
channel.

Aron, I watch all those shows on the leaning channels,
too... it's my guilty pleasure, I love those channels. I
LOVE supernatural shit.

I always run up the stairs at LIGHT speed. My room is in the
basement. I make a mad dash up the stairs at night because
it seems like Dracula is right behind me, chasing me up
there. And my basement is HORRIFYING at night. And I live at
the bottom of a huge hill, with a cemetary on top. I swear I
saw a ghost there, once... I love scary shit.

I believe in stuff like that... like walking home in dark...
i run from the bus stop to my house!

I think I'm most scared of failure/rejection tho.... it gets
in my way all time, never wanting to take oppurtunties, it
leads to my shyness, I want to remaid faceless incase I cock
it all up, i get too modest and I dont want to say anything
good about myself... I dont like showing ppl my work and
stuff...

...it's really depressing sometimes....

I also have this thing with watching supernatural stuff on
TV. I remember watching one thing about a ghost in a
chandelier. I was afraid to go through my hallway for about
2 years...

mine is like not being accepted in any way. stuff like
insults and everything, i always take those way too
seriously. also, not ever being famous, thats my equally big
fear...

offline Zombiekev from Ardmore (United States) on 2002-02-18 23:39 [#00093259]

i have not too many fears

one is of being a blind man and having children fly by you
on bikes as you walk down the street, imagine it....scary as
hell.

the second scariest thing is to remember the things that
scared you as a child. now remember the fear you
experienced then. for me it was the beginning librarian
scene in ghostbusters. when i remember how scared i was
during that seen and how i would hide i away from it, if i
remember that fear then suddenly i am scared!
try it.
try it while high too...you will really experience it

it is fucking killer

I'm afraid of walking through the woods at night, and
encountering a murderer. At the same time, I think it would
be fun and exciting.

Nuclear Holocaust, chilling on a beach and suddenly seeing a
mega-tsunami approaching, earth being struck by a metior,
death of friends/family, being sucked into a lethal
waterfall

to name a few

hmmm, I'm afraid of spiders... seriously, they freak me
out... that's about it... I don't really think about death,
and murder, and all that shit cause here in Newfoundland it
doesn't really happen that much... so yeah, spiders are
about it...

Yeah, we're lucky to live in such a relatively crimeless
region. I don't even lock my car at night.

Of course, I'm a careless bastard... one day I'll wake up,
and it'll be gone. Then I'll come here and complain about
how evil society is!

not crimeless places or that stuff

zombiekev: yeah the librarian scene used to scare the shit
out of my sister...she loved ghostbusters..and watched it
all the time..but i dont think she liked that part...

funkmaster: people dont die in newfoundland?

i guess my greatest fear is dying before getting the chance
to do/experience all the things i'd like to...so i guess
that encompasses all the things that could cause that to
happen...

I have a debiliating fear of anything medical... sitting in
the waiting room, waiting in the office, having them do
stuff to me, waiting for the results, waiting for what he
has to say... oh... horrifying...

Another thing that gets me is swimming pools, I cant stand
walking past them and smelling the chlorine, the hair on my
arms literally stands up. I love swimming in lakes and the
ocean, but swimming pools.... *shudder*

um not exactly my greatest fear but wouldn't it be horrible
to die on film? like the victims on the Traces of
Death/Faces of Death movies. just the thought of kids
pointing and laughing at my corpse being massacred on
camera, rewinding it and playing it back over and over and
over

I fear the infinite and nothingness.....when you die..do you
become nothing???? or do you last forever somehow??? HUMANS
CANNOT COMPREHEND TRUE INFINITY and it scares the shit out
of me.....im not religious....but I sure hope heaven
exists...cause I don't want to become "nothing". and I
don't want to exist FOREVER either....this is the shit that
keeps me up at night.
