contimplating on going to the meat beat manifesto show in kansas city in 15 days. questions/concerns: have you ever seen a meat beat show/explain. its on a Sat. night so thats a bonus. is it worth the road trip, for what im going to get out of it. assuming tickets are reasonable price. thanks for your time. i might be a little biased as i've followed MBM for the past 15+ years... and yes, i've seen them (jack dangers and friends) perform live MANY times and the MBM shows have ALWAYS been an utterly amazing event full of audio and visual brain candy.... they not only bring a full-on energetic swing to all things MBM and related, but they also perform LIVE on stage, they engage the audience, they perform a visual/light-show featuring amazing footage, videos and the like................ this will be the first time MBM embark on a tour in 7 YEARS!.. .yes, 7 YEARS... and based on what JACK told us via our phone-interview (off-the-air), this is going to be ONE OF THE BEST MBM SHOWS yet! ---that should tell you something....... there's a reason why we're going to see all 3 shows in california............. and there will be some variances in setlist for each show!! dig the music kids, pietro. |

elusive, the chicago show is supposed to be amazing.. the promoter for that event is one of the most passionate MBM fans i've encountered... posters, flyers, post cards all over the place... and there's a BEN STOKES (DHS) afterparty!! you guys are lucky.. p. |
