Do you have it in your vehicle?
If so, I will be calling you soon to sell you extra calling
minutes.

(Can you guess my new job?)

Yeah they do. I havent taken any calls yet (just completed
training today) but I have listened in on some. My buddy
called the actor who played Al Borland on home improvement
regarding his new Chevy Tahoe and my trainer said he knew a
guy who called Governor Ahhnuld.

Its a dynamic script generated by the system based on the
customer's variables (location, vehicle, work/home phone)
but calls are generally opened with:

"Hello may I speak to Mr/Mrs _____ regarding their new 2005
_____?"

"Hello Mr/Mrs_____. First of all I would like to welcome you
to the OnStar service and take this opportunity to answer
any questions you may have regarding the OnStar service in
your new 2005 ____. Have you had a chance to try any of the
excellent features included in your one year complimentary
service plan?"

Then theres a bunch of other shit, but the real reason for
the call is slipped in after they are done asking questions;
an offer for 100 phone minutes for the personal calling
system in the vehicle.
