work slowly on songs,
don't rush
that'll solve your problem
it did for me

and think ideas out too, don't just work and make crap
sounds

i seem to experience cycles of creativeness... but not
anual, like u

more like: ill be making tonnes of wicked tracks/songs for a
couple days.. then i wont be able to do anything for a few
days... i wont feel like making any music (electronic OR
guitar)
and so on and so forth...

i can't write music at any time in the year.
if i happen to make a decent tune, it was prolly a fluke.
:P

Double figure is great because its so simple and focuses on
melodies over percussion. Thats what i dig.
