oh my god what a loser. that was the the most piss poor
attempt to break an instrument since adamski tried to do the
same with a keyboard and broke one key. what a tool.

Wow, so he planned it and had it all organised and
everything? Did he have a little schedule? "10:30 - Finish
set, 10:35 - Set fire to keyboard, NOTE: ensure audience are
at a safe distance and fumes are dissipated correctly" -
that's the spirit of punk rock, right there.

thanks for the show, it was enjoyable. Richard Devine seemed
to be a very intelligent and likable fellow. The burning was
a bit of a bizzare and silly episode, however.

Its because he got paid (at the least) a free keyboard to
destroy as a publicity stunt.

I didn't resit to download a preview of cautella (it's not
my fault if some leakers had leaked it ghyaha) and I have to
say Arc-Acid is somehow really gbozusdhu. better than some
of the utntioitled tracks imo

I am beginning to enjoy his stuff more than Autechre's. Just
a personal preference...it is both more complex and also
requires a little less concerntration due the way i
constantly mutates. However, Autechre's output is a lot more
varied as far as I know.

aren't that good.

make it stop working.

we weren't in attendance for the
grand fury finale but the key here
is that devine was playing nitzer
ebb's "join in the chant" which
features the following chorus:

"Lies, lies, lies, lies
Books, books, books, books
Burn, burn, burn, burn
Fire, fire, fire, fire!
Oh!
Uh!"

>> here's the 12" cover (on left)

excellent track..

Sorry, I forgot to acknowledge the fact that it takes Ricky
Dixky Devine 24 expensive synths to recreate the sound of
Fruity Loops on "spastic" setting.

Sorry. You can't really get that kind of sound with floops.
Richard devine is meticulous.

Well systematically photographing your own shit is
meticulous but it doesn't make it enjoyable, worth looking
at, a sign that you're not a fucking mong, etc.

No they're not. I don't need to back this up or anything
cause I am right.

Somehow you acting in this manner bugs me, cause you are a
mod, and should show a little restraint when it comes to
shit like this. (ie: flaming and insulting people)

I think dog_belch gets drunk and rants like this. Richard
Devine's music-if you bother actually paying attention to it
with an open mind instead of with a ridiciulous hatred of
all things "IDM"-is very impressive and affecting. Imho.
