I'm not against popular music... just because it's played on
the radio a lot doesn't make it crap... The radio plays lots
of crappy music, but music isn't crappy just because it's
played on the radio... I like a lot of popular music...

then again, sound is more important than category.

that's the kind of thing where when an underground band
becomes popular, they lose a lot of the fans they had
before... and why? If they keep the same sound, why stop
liking them because they're popular... I can understand it
when a band changes their sound to become popular, but when
a band keeps their sound, and still find popularity I say
all the better...

There's as much shoddy underground music as there is popular
music, flfuflfulfufluflfulf.

when i make a new song i will burn it on to a cd and berry
it in the ground.
that would be the most underground music in the world.

i too think popular music is crap. most of it always sounds
the same...and there you're not sure if they just do it
because of the money...if so, the music is NOTHING worth

without popular music there would be no underground ...

to REFLEX.....Aphex is underground/overground depending on
where you are....down here there's no airplay no press, no
coverage of his stuff except for the stuff imported from
UK..yeah so I would say he's underground here.....there's
probably a thousand people who have heard of him...but maybe
a 100 who can actually be called fans...even though Drukqs
came with a huge push..i.e more than 10 copies in each
shop:) but I dont see it shifting unit if you know what i'm
sayin.
