Wait a second here. How about focusing on making games for current generation consoles less shitty before adding even more complexity. Most games have no concept of interesting interactions between polygons, the main units for these systems. There also needs to be some seperate lines of game evolution rather than everyone imitating. Someone erase everything after atari and build up, only taking a completely different path in the search space of possibilities. Then when that happens of course you can possibly do interesting crossbreeds. There's so much interesting shit that doesn't exist except theoretically. |

Did anyone watch the MTV unveiling or whatever it was? I don't have that channel. Anyway yeah, I can't wait for this thing to drop, I've invested a lot of money into making sure I get the maximum enjoyment out of the next gen. The lineup of games looks great and I like the controller. Two shoulder buttons replacing the old black and white buttons is a masterstroke. |

omg!! a recent microsoft peripheral that isn't ugly as sin! only slightly less ugly and silver. alot better than that ooky black and neon green. sooo mid 90's. o and the specs look pretty too. :P |
