Bought this 3CD+DVD set today. Nothing much, but it's a beefy compilation of tracks from their EP back-cat, but since I only have some random albums by them, it's a nice addition to my collection. Damn cheap it was too, like a normal cd-release. The DVD has an unbelievably embarrasing live-vid from a Channel4 performance. The audience was a mix of ravers, crusties and A4-youths, and delivered a slightly unconvincing performance as "fans". The band looked like they hated every second of it. It's worth buying it for that one only (well, if you hate Stereolab, your better off without it) |
