Fantastic album, fantastic band. The artist Console and
their 12" called "Lichter" should also be checked out

console plays electronics in notwist actually..i think i
prefer his solo stuff though, especially his remixes.

I like all the tracks mentioned so far, I like about 40% of
the album, it's patchy but the good stuff is really good.

Anybody know what else his done?

nice album, haven't heard any of their other stuff.

stayed with a mate for a few weeks, he got into this around
then and played pick up the phone on repeat so many times.

jesus christ i think i never want to hear that song again.

it's frail and weedy but the German accent is what appeals
to me so I tolerate it.

This is a really good album. I picked it up for only 25
cents and at first I only liked a couple tracks ("Pick Up
The Phone" and "Pilot"), but it really grew on me. Now I
think every track is great, except for maybe the title
track.

I'm going to purchase the 13 & God album soon. The mp3 of
"Men of Station" on the Anticon website sounds good.

the Notwist album before this one, called "shrink" is even
better.

it's more melancholic but has the same inventive use of
electronics combined with a "regular" guitar band.

and 13&god is good too. yarr.
