has anyone else noticed that since radiohead released kid a
electronica is gradually creeping into metal and rock. i
recently got the team sleep album and its rather glitchy i
was pleasently surprised i was expecting some avante garde
metalesque tunes and i got a rock electro combo, deftones
even did it on white pony with teenager , first there was
rap metal is this the dawn of electro metal? (not quite
industrial)
i dunno just sharing thoughts!

is the team sleep any good, i might check it out, my
deftones phase is over, but id see them live again

i still like the deftones but i wouldnt listen to that much
whereas team sleep is really good, ill admit its a bit emo
but fuck it its really pretty and its not just chino theres
a cool lady who sins (ill be honest i know nothing much
about them apart from chino is involved and what it actually
sounds like) but yer check it out its pretty cool, deffo not
like the postal service its way better!

team sleep is one of theose relases, where its been on the
net for like 3 years, and eveyone who wants it has it, and
they are just now giving it a spot on the shelf

ill prol. go to the rcord store this weekend, and spin it

i think the girl on team sleep is mary timony. at least she
was on one track off the leak from a year ago. i have her
