ive got four new songs up on myspace for people to
download

one is brand spankin new that i just made today called
Tricks and Honey. the other three, manki, something actual,
and observatori are all off my album pink shadows and white
noise.

Tricks and honey seems to be a little non-descript for me i
am afraid, i feel it could do with some more little
percussive elements here and there to give the track a sense
of movement.

Manki has a nice little arpeggio in it that saves it from
being a little on the dull side. Some nice gating on the
synths as well.

Something actual has something that instantly says malstrom
to me. Although it presents a nice atmosphere it feels a bit
static although i like the little touches of a kraftwerk
type vocodered synth or something. That is a nice touch to
something that i am indifferent to.

Observatori it feels like it is being abstract for thr sake
of being abstract. Like the beats will hold it together,
they really don't in this case. They feel unrelated to each
other and sometime it works but in this case it dosen't.
Well, not for me at any rate.

I hope this review dosen't annoy you in any way.

skink: thanks for the feedback, i value it cuz you
deffinately know what the fuck youre doing with music. i
mean whats the point in writing and sharing music youve made
if youre not gonna try to iprove it.
