Fucking hell this hurts so much. I've never had a saw throat this badly. The pain is actually intense. Anyone know of anything I can do to ease the discomfort? I've looked for drugs but can find none. |

But seriously, I know how annoying it must be. If I feel ill, I can normally just about manage to get to sleep and avoid the suffering. A sore throat will keep you up without fail, however. You can't block it out. |

some info about sore throats: Infectious mononucleosis causes a sore throat, enlarged lymph nodes, and fatigue. The throat may appear red and the tonsils covered with a whitish material. Mononucleosis and severe streptococcal tonsillitis appear quite similar. Unless there are other findings to suggest mononucleosis, a throat culture and blood studies may be necessary to make an accurate diagnosis. |

hahaha! yeah... for some reason sore throats has been around me a lot lately... got two friends who are doing a musical and the entire musical team just got infected with something that made their throats sore, and thus they've been talking lots of stuff like this... I think they ended on water with a few drops of lime being the best, but I don't know for sure... the one is also trying lots of "alternative" medicine, and I think it works, but I have NO idea what he's trying... |
