i just got me a nice little turntable with all the trimmings so i can finally see what the fascination is with these 'vinyl records' ive heard so much about. but i needed some records to play, so i bought Analord 02 and Analord 04, part of the much-hyped analord series. OMG i cant beleive how much they suck! i was expecting the new afx to kick ass, but this stuff is just so boring, so lame, its exactly the kind of bland techno ive been trying so hard to avoid. :( are all the analords this shite? im still curious about the first release (fenix funk and that one beninning with X) because it had great reveiws when it came out, but if this or the other analords are similar to 02/04, then i wont be buying any more afx ever again. seriously, this is the worst thing he has ever done, its just pathetic. |

10 is fantastic, already a classic. i can understand if some people can't get into the others (and even 10). if you are an acid/electro fan you will most likely love them. if you are only into glitchy fast dspcrazed "idm" then you won't. |

Alberto- so your saying all the analords will be acid/electro? thanks, i shall buy 10 and save the rest of my money for the glitch i love so much. incidently i also bought 9 cds, its the most records ive ever bought at one time and it will take me friggin' ages to listen to them all =D |

dood, all the analords are the shit sorry you dont like the acid squelches. the melodies are just beautiful the tunes are right on with what ive expected BWOON DUB, aNYONE? HALIBUT ACID? LARIEACHRD? PISSED UP IN SE1? analord 7 is crazy good fuk it theyre all crazy good tunes really easy listening, plenty of tweaked sounds ive never heard in my life ... incredible "take-me-away" synths exactely what i needed to hear. i dont even need the rest, they are releasing them too fast im more than satisfied with 2 analords/per year. anal OVERLOAD |

i think 10 is best but after that definately get analord 7 - afx 04 acid has such a cracking intro, its fucking ace, as is lisbon acid. also get the one with phonatacid on it, its areal progressive grower... w00t |

"Im self employed" was a real suprise favorite for me. I really love this track. Bwoon dub, fenix funk, cilonen, and Xmd5a. I really don't know why anyone wouldn't like atleast half of the analord tracks. |
