I "met" Eric on slsk a couple of years ago, when I mentioned Xlt a while ago he said that he know the place already because of a friend. And because you are also from Nijmegen I assumed you are his friend. ;) It seems like you never been to Paradiso before? This venue is the most beautiful, suitable place to have a gig like this! |

The gig was nice, not the best I've been to though. Amon Tobin played a wonderful set, sadly enough I missed the first part of his show. Speedy J started of very promissing, I was waiting untill some sort of beat dropped in, I waited, I waited, I waited and finally almost before his set ended he played some nice danceable beats. Richard Devine was not really my thing. Autechre was ok, it all sounds the same imo, maybe because I started to get really tired when they showed up. Rob Hall spinned some nice records! About the audio...yeah it has been better in Paradiso, seems like Speedy J and Rob Hall were the only guys who cared about the dB meter. big: I just read your email...
