please explain your issue

probably you need something like an audio editor, in that
case I suggest Sound Forge

well, if those are 320kbps I'm not sure if those require
"cleaning" but if it is what I'm thinking (cut, paste,
remove silence, up/down volume, etc) then Sound Forge could
help you

just be sure not to re-mp3 the file after you're done, or
else it will sound like a toilet

you can find all sorts of vst noise removers (along with
gobs of other free vsts) LAZY_HERE
