I would do a searrch... but you know. I'm just currious... do you think it's worrth it to download an album frrom Bleep? Also could someone tell me a tiny bit about FLAC. If you download something that's been comprressed in FLAC you can burrn it to a disk just like MP3? using the rregularr softwarre? |

flac tracks take up a mega amount of disk space. 1 track is the size of an entire album. Besides that it is worth it if you have a good sound hook up. I lost my links so i cant help you but there is a free flac burning program and a plugin for winamp |

Yes so long as you have the codec then you should be able to burn an almost purchasable CD quality version of the album. Personally for the price they are charging I would just buy the proper CD unless of course it is no longer available in which case it is worth it. |

correct me if i'm mistaken, but don't you have to decode an mp3 before you can burn it? as far as i know, you have to do the same thing with a flac. perhaps you have a cd-burning program that lets you burn mp3s but is really decoding them to wav first? you can use winamp to decode anything using outdisk. |

i guess i misunderstood the question. flacs are worth it, i agree. i'm not an audiophile and i don't have the best ears, but the difference between a good quality mp3 and a flac is quite apparent to me. |

Anyone bought music frrom ITunes? I just always liked the packaging on CDs it was verry imporrtant to me, but now I don't rreally give a shit if I can get an album cheaperr that I've downloaded. The way I see it though, if anything once you've had to buy the disks (like i'd have to) to burrn the songs, it's no cheaperr, if anything morre expencive. |
