well, there was some significant drama this morning.. joyrex
said this could be watmm's last month online.. then over
$200 worth of donations came in, and it looked like the day
was saved.. but then watmm went offline.. i really hope it's
just a random outtage. :\

warp didn't really release that cd. They are just doing some
distrobution. They distribute for a lot of small/vanity
labels, because warp is huge.

Hmm. That sucks for Joyrex considering all the money that
was put into keeping it up and running. Seems like a bit of
a loss.

He should sell his site to phobiazero who would slap an
awesome pair of frankenstein eyes on the top and triple the
site traffic.

Man, this isn't the time for board factionalism. There are
two places that people go who genuinly are fans of aphex,
[]<, ae, etc., i.e., watmm and here.

There's not that many of us out there, look at the
registered members on either board and think about what a
small percentage of a total populace that is. I've enjoyed
both places immensly, found people who have the same sorts
of interests and appreciation and, in fact, found more
people who tend to like hte
music/movies/thoughts/ideas/humor that I do than I have in
day to day life.

I think this holds true for most people here, and at watmm,
so if it is going down for good we should all tip our hats
to a place that allows a forum for people like us to hang
out.

Regardless whether it's called xlt or watmm.

Hear, hear!

You know what we need to do to save the community is have
lots of kids we can raise as electronic music listeners.

One of us is going to have to be the first to kiss a girl,
though.

Who will it be?

Would Phobia ever make peace with Joyrex, could watXLTmm
become a reality. Joyrex has great mental capabilities
housed in a useless, weak, shrivelled frame. Phobia on the
other hand, a norse god, with physical prowess that makes
women feel funny "downstairs" just by clapping eyes on him.
If these two, the Pinky and the Brain of the IDM
messageboard world, were to fuse forces, what great works
might be wrought?

combined with the...whatever good things watmm has.
