In your opinion which is the more commercial AFX release? I say "Powerpill Pacman", it's very nice, funny but also very easy. I never sayd who powerpill pacman was Richard D. James, the style is totally different. Are you all really sure who powerpill pacman was Richard?!? WooÆ’er |

depends on the terms. windowlicker was very played on radio and tv... like come to daddy. but there are some tracks that are really easy for everybody to like them such as goon gumpas... anyway such is the genious of aphex that he is over the meaning of comercial or underground... he is just great music... no matter the style, no matter the technic he uses he just makes the best music everytime... I am in love with him... yes i just discovered my homosexuality as i want to make love to richard...LOL (i hope my girlfriend didnt read this) |

why is Windowlicker commercial??? they would never ever play it on the radio in the US. everybody i've ever played it for thought the song was unlistenable and fucked up. Come to Daddy did actually get some airplay at the time. Polynomial-C to me sounds like the most presentable to a mainstream public. they could play it at the Gap or Abercrombue and Fitch. Powerpill Pacman was made in the style of techno of the time. it was a parady using pacman samples. RDJ has shown a great sense of humour with his songs, but some of you don't seem to get the fun. |

I know in America the most easily available afx albums is the Richard D. James album. I have yet to seea store without it. I've never seen the girl/boy ep in America, at least not brand new... |

yeah the RDJ album is even here in Newfoundland... :) but the most accessible song in my opinion would have to be Alberto Balsalm... I can't imagine someone not liking that song... |
