Any NIN fans here? Album just leaked, and I've had a first listen. I'm very impressed, and I think this ranks amongst the best of NIN's releases... Almost all of it is absolutely awesome, it sounds much more focused and the material is generally of higher quality than that of The Fragile (although I loved that as well).
Let's circlejerk!
(Or whine!)

Also, if you message me on Soulseek (username: Taskenspiller), I'll add you to to my userlist and we can arrange a transaction of bits and bytes!
I also hear that this is the real version of Untilted.
Autechre are synthesizing Trent's voice.

All The Love In The World has a great, gospel-like part in the end. NIN-gospel turns out to be pretty sweet.

Subjective perception I guess. Then again, The Hand That Feeds doesn't really define the album sound much.

well, as i said, i haven't heard the album yet. i've only heard the one song. but if the other songs are even similar to that one, i would utterly hate the album. i have every nin release, i really enjoy the music, but i am not planning to get this new album at all because i think that new song is awful.

Yep, that typo sure undermined my appraisal of Trent "I've been to the bottom" Reznor.

"every day is exactly the same" is an okay song.

I'm fucked, I have to admit that Trenty
Is just expressing his deepest feelings.
He may be 38 but sure, we were all 16 once.
Taking years to make a new album means it's going to be good and not because you can't think of anything to do despite having loads of equipment and being surrounded by musicians, producers and assorted other types.
I never liked him apart from his cover of Queen's "Get down make love", and only then because it was overblown, ludicrous and laughable.
