If you search for happyness outside your mind, there is a
risk of addiction.

anyways.

You should use positive visualization to improve your
happiness and your chances of success. Picture a giant
spider devouring a nest of baby birds - your mind is the
spider and the baby birds are moments of happiness you'll
treasure forever.

which ones? I don't have any. :(

earlier this evening I was standing outside trying to take
control of all the cats in the neighbourhood and a lady
walked by and greeted me. she was very friendly, offering me
a boiled sweet.

if you use it... it's hard not to feel miserable
sometimes... but it's also hard not to feel enthralled with
the world at other times.

you're his mother now.

I read this thing once that said that cats revert to a kind
of kitten-state when indoors around humans - they see the
humans as older cats or something.

which is why now and then they will try and catch a mouse
and offer it to you, as gratitude. which is why you should
never get angry when a cat brings a tiny mouse carcass into
your house - it's just trying to be nice!
