Screen resolution > page size

640x480 > 600x400
800x600 > 760x420
1024x768 > 955x600

Best to ignore page height though as this can be affected by
the size of toolbars in the browser and the Windows taskbar.

although it is a very contentious topic everywhere.
id stay away from any crazy browser/resolution sniffing.
