Coffee's great. Usually I go through about 1/2 litre on a
day, but sometimes I drink 1 litre on a day.

I'm brewing a pot of it right now and it smells lovely.
mmmmm

bit jittery and dizzy

at work i used to have about 10 spoons of instant coffee a
day, it would fuck me up a bit, after a while i couldn't
think straight, it constricts the blood flow in yer brain.

it also fucked with my sleep alot, i would wake up with a
fright for no reason sometimes.

now i only ever really drink it when i think im gunna fall
asleep.

i find that although it helps you concentrate on doing some
single tasks better, i can't work out complex things that
require a lot of thought with a lot of caffeine in me.

i drink it very seldom, almost never. can't remember the
last time i drank it. It worked twice,

1) when it was real coffee i drank about 8 years ago at my
uncle home. I didn't want to sleep the whole night.

2) when I made a coffee to strong to drink, friends refused
to drink it and I drank it all myself. I couldn't sleep, the
heart was beating at 220bpm or more - i was afraid that I
could die. I felt a desire to make some physical exercises
like press-ups or what is the correct word for it and made
them in the middle of the night, then i went out to walk and
have some fresh air. I was very afraid about my heart that
time.

heh, i dont believe that someone is able to drink 1 litre of
coffee daily, unless every cup is made of 1/2 spoon of it.

3 cups/day is enough for me.

that was not really a follow-up to you, phresch. i was
planning to write that strong americano would be espresso,
since americano is just espresso with water for those who
think espresso is to strong. or something like that. but
then i didn't. but now i did anyway. yep

i tried this once. to check out the real taste, without the
intensive tongue pricking of the CO2. The taste was much
like the tea made with pieces of dried peel of oranges which
i made sometimes as an experiment.

i usually drink at least two to three cups of coffee a day.
i really enjoy it, although i'm pretty sure i'm addicted.

a few times i've drank too much though, and my thumb started
twitching. that was a bit odd and scary.

we even have a starbucks at work which i go buy some from
every now and then. i used to hate the taste of their coffee
but i like it now.

yeah, coffee. good subject, excellent thread. you might even
say xlent.

I'm a coffee fiend also. It's just so nice and warm and
comforting, and you can buy a cup anywhere and walk around.

And coffee goes extremely well with joints. It brings a
perfect mixture of mellowed laziness and sharp clarity to
the brain.

Coffee doesn't give me any kind of caffeine "kick" at all. I
have a habit of regularly munching my way through a pack of
pro plus a day when i've not slept well though, and that
does work.
