What do people here use for ripping MP3's under Windows? Bought some AE/AFX today (hooray for bargain bins), and wishing to rip this at insanely high audio fidelity; Draft 7.30, one of the albums I bought, will be much more enjoyable in a lossless or near-to-lossless format compared to the 160kbit MP3's I currently have.
Bonus points if it's able to rip to several formats on the one rip (i.e. MP3, and FLAC).

I use CDeX myself. Although EAC has worked nicely before.

ah, stock CDEX or with later encoder DLL's thrown onto it?
cdex hasn't been updated since 2003... and the encoders (lame, et al) have had improvements since then, meaning better compression/quality mp3's.
